Morgan 19 Months old

Here is some shots I took of Morgan playing around in our guest room one day last week. Her hair is finally growing! It's in that stage of just growing in a million directions! Most days I put a hair clip to the side, but this day Morgan didn't allow that! She's growing so fast and we are so enjoying her playful personality. She getting more and more independent. She prefers feeding herself these days, loves to help feed sparky every day, and loves picking out books for mommy and daddy to read to her. She makes us laugh every day. She had fun playing with mom!

Sophia

Friday I helped out a friend and took some pictures of her daughter Sophia who is 2 yrs old.    Sophia didn't mind the camera at all.  She loved to smile and play peek a boo.       She has the most beautiful blue eyes,  and I realized instantly when she put on her ballerina outfit that she loves to play ballerina!   She is going to make a great ballerina one day!    In fact she wanted to kept on dancing for us into the night! =)

Morgan had a great summer!

One day last week my friend Emily and her daughter Lily came over to play.     We meet them through our Mommy group we joined earlier this year.     Lily is one month younger than Morgan.    It was overcast which was a great day for taking pictures during the day!   As you can see from the pictures they so enjoy playing together in our backyard! 

My favorite Nieces!

Here are a few pictures of my nieces and Morgan during our visit to my sister house in NC.   Just messing around one afternoon during our relaxing weekend.   They are all  BEAUTIFUL GIRLS!    1st to last:  Jordan, 12yrs old, Ashley 12 yrs old, Madi 9yrs old, Morgan 19Months old, last Jordan and Morgan on the hammock!

We are back from our trip to North Carolina

Morgan and I flew home with my nieces Jordan and Ashley,  after their  visit here in TX.    And what a busy week it was showing the twins what summer fun is like here. We couldn't have picked a better time to head out of TX. I heard while we where gone it was 107!!    HOT HOT!!!    I told the girls one day while they where here that looks like today going to be a good one. "Its only going to be 101!"   I guess I wasn't joking!  

I so enjoyed just visiting with family and relaxing in the 80 degree weather in North Carolina.     I cant say enough how beautiful and peaceful it is there.    Here is a few nature pictures I took while I was taking it easy and enjoying just visiting with family.  My dad and Susan also drove up to NC.  Their house sits on a mountain, and we did a lot of sitting on the top porch enjoying the view.    I couldn't get over all the butterflies flying around. 

I got a chance to take few more close up pictures of all my nieces.  I will post those to my blog tomorrow.
