Typical day at our house!

Talking about photographers, I had a very special moment with Morgan this week.     She insisted on putting Sparky in her playroom and shutting the door.   I was in the other room and could hear her talking to him.  So I decided to peek in and see what was going on.     She was sitting on the floor with her play camera in hand telling sparky to say "cheese!"   I could have ran and got my camera, but was afraid the moment would be gone before I got back.  So I decided to have a seat and see if she needed any help.    She looked at me and said "Mommy, you want picture?" ,   Mommy! "Cheese!"    Then she looked around the side of her camera and said "Want candy?"    PRICELESS!   She doesn't miss a thing these days!       She always playing grownup, and its moments I cherish! 

The summer is flying by.  Hard to believe it is almost August.  Here is a couple of pictures of Morgan enjoying the day!  

Special Girls Day

What a wonderful surprise we had last weekend.    My daughter Britney planned a last minute trip home for the weekend for her mother in law's 50th birthday party.   We got to spend the day with her on Friday.      Nothing better for a mom but to have both your daughters together!    Britney has grown into a beautiful women. This time next year we will be attending her college graduation.   She finished all her classes this year and is working a internship in NYC to complete her degree in Fashion Merchandising.  Britney you are almost there and we are very proud of you and your hard work!   

 

Photography adventure

One day last week I hit the road with a couple of photographer friends, Brooke and Jeb.    We headed out with no plan in mind but to just photography what we saw.    It was a adventure and its interesting to see how different everyone pictures where even though we went to the same places.      Looking at my images below, can you tell I live in TX?  TX hit 100 degrees about a month ago!  Today it was a 103.   HOT!!
